Al-Anon
Al-Anon is a fellowship of men and women whose lives are affected by alcoholism. We come together to give support and share our experience, strength and hope. There are no rules in Al-Anon, just suggested guidelines. We too have been lonely and frustrated, but through our weekly meetings have found serenity. You can be happy whether the alcoholic is drinking or not.

Alateen
Alateen is a part of Al-Anon. Here young children and teenagers seek help because of the problems of alcoholism in their family or friends. We encourage you to join us. It is suggested that you try at least 6 Al-Anon meetings before you decide if Al-Anon is right for you. Keep coming back.
